Do I need to be online all day?
No. Booking requests come in via WhatsApp. You confirm when you're free. The dashboard works on cheap Android, the app caches everything offline, and parts catalog updates push silently when you're back on Wi-Fi.
How does the verification visit work?
A paksaf team member visits your workshop in person — 30 minutes. We check CNIC, business registration (or chamber membership), and take 10 photos of the workshop. That's it. Visit is free.
What's the catch with escrow?
Funds release 72 hours after job complete (or immediately on customer approval). Bank Alfalah charges 2.5% — split between customer and workshop. You opt in per job; nothing forced.
Can my mechanics use this in Urdu?
Yes. The entire dashboard, mechanic app, and customer chat is in Urdu — and English, Punjabi-Roman, Pashto support is on the Q4 2026 roadmap.
Do I have to use AutoSense diagnostics?
No. You can use the workshop dashboard, parts catalog, and customer booking without ever opening the AI diagnostic tools. Mechanics who use AutoSense typically close jobs 22 percent faster — but it's your call.
When does this actually launch?
Public beta: Q3 2026. First 50 Karachi workshops get onboarded in waves of 10 starting July 2026. Lahore + Islamabad follow Q4 2026. UAE pilot Q1 2027.
