Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mark Solutions ("we", "us", "paksaf.com", "AutoSense AI") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the Service). We have written it to be readable. If anything is unclear, email interact@paksaf.com and we will explain.

1. What we collect

Account data: name, phone number, email, vehicle make/model/year, optional CNIC for workshop verification.
Diagnostic input: audio recordings of your engine, photos of warning lights / dents / parts, OBD-II live data and trouble codes from your vehicle, motion sensor data while in driving mode.
Location: only when you tap "Use my current location" on the on-demand mechanic form or in the in-app workshop locator. Never in the background.
Usage logs: minimal — request timestamps, app version, device model, error reports. No advertising IDs.
Payment data: processed by Bank Alfalah (PK) / Emirates NBD (UAE) / Tinkoff (RU) / Garanti BBVA (TR) / CaixaBank (ES). We never store full card numbers.

2. Audio and photos are deleted

This is a load-bearing promise:

Engine and voice audio recordings are sent to our speech model (Whisper), transcribed, and deleted within minutes of transcription. We retain only the text transcript and the diagnostic conclusion.
Image uploads (dashboard photos, dent scans, parts photos) are sent to our vision model, analysed, and deleted within minutes of analysis. We retain only the analysis result and metadata (timestamp, vehicle, AI confidence).
You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing interact@paksaf.com.

3. Where your data lives

Non-Russian users: data is stored and processed in the European Union (Hetzner GmbH, Germany), within the scope of EU GDPR.
Russian users: personal data is stored in-country in compliance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ ("On Personal Data"), with primary storage on a Russian-resident infrastructure provider.
We do not transfer data outside these jurisdictions except where a model provider requires it for inference (in which case the data is transient and deleted, see §2).

4. No third-party trackers

paksaf.com runs no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies. The site loads only the assets it needs to render. If we ever add analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting, EU-hosted tool (e.g. Plausible) and update this notice.

5. When we share your data

Mechanic / workshop: only when you explicitly book a service, request a part, or dispatch an on-demand mechanic. We share the minimum needed (vehicle, location, problem description, your contact).
Model providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Whisper/GPT), DeepSeek — transient inference only, never for training on identifiable data.
Payment partners: the named banks above, only for payment processing.
Legal: when compelled by a court order in the user's home jurisdiction.

We never sell your data. We never share it for advertising.

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectify — correct anything that's wrong.
Delete — ask us to erase your account and associated diagnostic history.
Port — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON export).
Object — withdraw consent for any optional processing.
Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority (in PK: National Commission for Personal Data Protection, once active).

To exercise any of these rights, email interact@paksaf.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use TLS 1.3 for all traffic, HMAC-signed inspection reports, hashed passwords (Argon2), and least-privilege access on infrastructure. No system is unbreakable; we will notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed breach as required by GDPR.

9. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version always lives at paksaf.com/privacy.html.
